With the progression of the local facade industry, there is an obvious need for facade contractors to integrate vertically in order to remain relevant in this industry. As such, the Management of Chendawan Alpha has taken the decision to direct the company objectives along with the following :

 

A. to focus on mid size projects with a need for customised facade

    design and roofing works.

B. to develop a market for rehabilitation of existing systems in

    facade and roofing works

C. to acquire a capability for green mark compliance with

    Architectural finishes systems.

 

With these directions and drawing on the collective experiences and networking generated by the key persons in the company, Chendawan Alpha shall be well positioned to overcome the challenges that are to be expected with the latest designs in external building finishes in metal, particularly in Aluminium.
